Hello, a very simple post , trying to come back to blogging activity :-)
Demon Prince of Tzeentch (DePoT)  .... and quick web search to collect many different attempts to this topic.

I believe the models may be used as Magnus the Red, if you are not convinced by new plastic model. Thus, the post is picture heavy but I like to summarize the obvious ideas, before looking for something really new...

Many conversions are build around current or old versions of generic DP model. Usually adding a birdy-like head and legs/hands is an easiest way to get good results.

Typical starting point...

...but variations are endless...

A birdy head is not necessarily a must ...

Second broad type of DePoT is based on Egyptian walking sphinx taken from Warhammer Khemri range. This body ...

... and legs consist the base of simple kitbashing:

This nice miniature sporting a birdy head and sphinx body/legs is a joint between both types...

Another attempt is trying to reduce nr of legs of out DePoT and make him bipedal..

There are nice conversion parts (sometimes) available for this task..

Examples below ar not necessarily intended as DePoT models (they are actual Khemri/Tomb Kings) but they show the potential of this particular way...

Of course, one can live without the commercial resins...

Another mixture of plastic DP, khemri and HE fenix wings:

But always you have to keep your eyes on the correct proportions ;-)

Enough for today, next I will look to models build around different Greater Daemons of Tzeentch, as they are similar in size to new Magnus plastic...
