#1 Staking Rules

1. In Season 2, anyone who owns a Createra Genesis Land asset can stake. The system will distribute rewards based on the level, quantity, and duration of the land you stake. The higher the level and quantity of the staked land, and the longer the consecutive days of staking, the greater the rewards.
2. Land that is being staked cannot be listed. If your land is listed on a trading platform, initiating the stake operation will cancel the listing.
3. Staked land will be transferred to the staking contract. After you perform an ‘Unstake’ operation, the land will be returned to your wallet.
4. The Staking Event will run from September 15th to October 26th. If ‘Unstake’ is performed before the end of the campaign, only a partial TIRA reward will be obtained.

#2 Staking Operation Guide

1. Log in to the Createra official website and connect your wallet.
2. On the ‘Staking’ page, select the land, then click ‘Stake’.

3. You can also choose to stake multiple plots of land in a batch.

#3 Staking Reward Explanation

1. Staking can earn TIRA rewards. Formula for daily TIRA rewards per land: TIRA = a * b^(0.6*(x-1))

Note: The actual TIRA generated will be truncated to the nearest whole number, discarding any decimal places.

• The value of ‘a’ is determined by the land rank, with higher ranks resulting in higher ‘a’ values. Specific values are as follows:

• ‘b’ is the fluctuation coefficient for the Staking Event, and for Season 2, it is set to 1.142.
• ‘x’ represents the number of consecutive days of staking.

2. By staking multiple plots of land simultaneously, you can receive rewards from each of the lands

3. Continuous staking can receive more TIRA. Taking SSS land as an example, on the 1st day of staking, you can receive 27 TIRA. By the 42nd day of staking, you can receive 707 TIRA in a single day. The profit trend is as follows:

4. During the Staking Event, you can unstake the land at any time. If you stake the same land again, the staking duration will be recalculated and cannot be accumulated.

#4 Distribution of Staking Rewards

1. When the Event concludes (on October 26, 2023, at 23:59:59 (UTC)), rewards will be distributed to your Createra wallet.
2. If you perform the ‘Unstake’ operation before the Event ends, you will only receive 65% of the TIRA generated by your land, while the remaining 35% will be used as a public reward.
3. Lands that are staked continuously for more than 30 days, and remain staked until the last day, are eligible to receive a proportional share of the public reward.
