On March 15th, we launched an update for one of our platforms. The improvements focused on the following areas: Registration. LaborX already enables customers to connect with talent, either through Gigs — fixed-price services offered by freelancers — or through custom Jobs listings by employers. The new module rounds out the platform’s utility by acting as a jobs board for full-time opportunities. This allows freelancers to showcase their skills and experience to thousands of employers, and to branch out to apply for permanent positions if they want.

Customers, meanwhile, can browse a pool of over 100,000 global freelancers, and engage them for full-time or long-term positions. Thanks to LaborX’s existing infrastructure, hiring is straightforward and talent acquisition can be fast-tracked, bypassing the delays inherent in the traditional recruitment process. Moreover, there is no cost for this service, despite competitors typically charging upwards of $100 per candidate acquired — and frequently much more.

Full-Time Jobs Module: Key Updates

Since launching this service in beta, we have made a number of improvements to the user experience and the way the module is integrated within LaborX.

The creation of full-time jobs has been overhauled and optimised, making it faster, more straightforward and more user-friendly. We’ve also changed the way information is presented on each full-time vacancy page, summarising the most important details in one place.

When users apply for a full-time role, they can either upload the CV they have previously included in their profile, or drag-and-drop a different one, enabling them to tailor their applications for each position.

We have improved the process of sorting applicants for employers. As with our regular Jobs module, employers can see all current applicants in a separate tab for that vacancy, and can view each applicant’s cover letter for the job. With one click you can check their CV, go to the chat, or simply decline the candidate.

All communication between employer and applicant for full-time jobs has been moved to the same chat that we already use for Gigs and Jobs discussions, keeping all of your messages in the same place.

These changes make it easier than ever for both talents and employers to find the information they need, connect with each other, and discuss full-time opportunities — enabling LaborX to cover the full spectrum of Web3 employment needs and career development.

If you are the founder of a Web3 business, there is a high likelihood that you are managing a decentralized workforce.

Currently, over 50% of companies worldwide have a distributed workforce consisting of both in-office employees and freelancers — whether it be a few individuals hired on a short-term basis to fill skill gaps, or possibly a large portion of the team.

Today, we will share some tips on working with freelancers, what to pay attention to, and how to structure tasks:

1) Since the hiring of freelancers exists to accomplish specific tasks, they will not perform any general administrative work that in-house employees, alongside their more specialized roles, may do. They will be focused on a clearly defined task.

2) Freelancers are well-organized and possess good time-management skills. Web3 also tends to attract self-starters who are willing to work hard, think outside the box, take risks, and try new things.

3) Finding the right specialist often takes time, but on LaborX for Gigs you will find clearly defined services with fixed prices offered by freelancers. You can find a specialist for a one-time task by job category. If you need something that doesn’t fall under popular job categories, you can upload a job with your specific requirements for freelancers to search and apply.

4) From the third point follows the fourth. Create a well-written technical task.

Briefly explain how to do this:

⭐️ Goal setting. Describe the ultimate goal of the project and explain why it is being created.
For example,
“We need an article about the new products that have appeared in our crypto project.”

⭐️ Description of functional requirements. At this stage, it is necessary to disclose how the final product should look and work.
For example,
“The text should be comprehensive, around 30–40 sentences, with an accurate description of all products: what they are for, who they are for, and what problem they solve.
We will send you a brief summary plan within an hour. We want to publish the article on our official website, so don’t be afraid to use professional terminology.”

⭐️ Description of special requirements. Tell the freelancer about the details and key features that you want to see in the final result.
For example,
“In this article, we would like to not only talk about the new products but also present to the world our future collaboration with a technology brand. Therefore, try to mention this news in the same article.”

⭐️ Timeframes and acceptance criteria.
For example,
“The article is needed by Monday, 18:00, 27.02. So that we can publish it on the website by 20:00.”

5) Use a single application for communication and task placement. Direct communication is an important point. In addition, conduct online briefings with your freelance employees. Face-to-face communication and online question answering often reduce the specialist’s work time, as they immediately receive a technical task with all explanations.

Freelancers can be an excellent resource for Web3 companies, but managing them requires a set of tools and processes that are different from working with your permanent employees. It is extremely important to clearly define tasks, provide them with all the necessary information (but no more than that), ensure reliable communication, and also provide a high degree of autonomy.

We recently launched a staking program between TIME and MDAO. According to the rules of this collaboration, when staking MDAO, you receive TIME, and vice versa when staking TIME, you receive MDAO.

For now, the staking lock-up period will last until March 15th, and the reward depends on the number of TIME tokens staked, according to the formula: ‘User tokens’ divided by ‘Total tokens staked’ multiplied by ‘Number of MDAO tokens’. Rewards are distributed every Tuesday until March 15th. You can withdraw and stake them on MarsDAO.

AMA Session MarsDAO x Chrono.tech

At the end of the week, the founders of MarsDAO and Chrono.tech delighted us with a joint AMA session. During the session, they discussed questions related to their collaboration and other topics.

Vladislav Utushkin, founder of MarsDAO, showed interest in products released by Chrono.tech, particularly LaborX and PaymentX. Sergey Sergeenko, founder and CEO of Chrono.tech, emphasized that LaborX is currently their primary development, but the company has many partnerships planned.

TimeX on Time Square and marketing plans.

In the process of discussing marketing plans, Sergei said that in the past, Chrono.tech had the experience of buying advertising in Time Square. During the week for 3 minutes a day, it was an interesting practice, but there are no plans to do the same again yet.

Great emphasis is placed on social networking, particularly the Telegram channel. Products are now at the peak of perfection, so now the goal is to present them to the audience correctly, that is what the marketing department is working on.

Will there be a listing?

Yes, there will be listings. But we don’t do listings for the sake of listing, I mean “for show”, we do listing to take the community of a certain exchange. To give this exchange an access to our token. But listing is far from being a panacea. Partnerships matter more. But listing should be expected»

How do you cope with the burnout?

The goals should be great but achievable. Now my goal is to reach the third echelon countries. I want these 2 billion people to be able to have at least 5 dollars a day. There is saying which helps to cope with burnout: «If not me, then who?». Who else is doing this? This is a good thing, I think I’m doing good things from the point of view of karma, so it drives, gives strengths.»

How does TimeWarp work?

Chrono.tech generates profits from commercial activity across its entire ecosystem of products and services. Part of these profits will be used to buy TIME tokens on the open market. At regular intervals (currently once a week), these TIME tokens will be distributed to users who have placed their TIME tokens in the TimeWarp smart contract.

The reward depends on the number of TIME tokens secured according to the formula:
1. Divide the user’s tokens by the total number of tokens in the stake
2. Multiply the resulting number by the number of MDAO tokens

Lock-up period lasts until 15 March. TIME tokens can be withdrawn only after Lock-up, i.e. after 15 March. MDAO tokens can be withdrawn at any time.

How do I start staking?

1. To start staking, install the browser wallet extension MetaMask.io or WalletContact.
   2. Once set up, send TIME to the BSC network and some BNB (for transaction gas) to the displayed MetaMask wallet address.
   (If you hold TIME tokens in the ERC network, you can transfer them to BSC at https://timebridge.org/).
   3. Now go to the TimeWarp pools website, and the wallet should either automatically ask you to connect and unlock the wallet, or if not, click “Connect Wallet” in the top right corner of the screen.
   4. When your wallet is connected, go to the MDAO Staking page and click ‘Deposit’.
   5. Once confirmed, repeat the process, with the same amount and period, and this time click “Deposit”.
   6. Confirm the request in your wallet, wait for the confirmation and execution of the transaction.
   7. Your TIME will be on the smart contract and will generate a weekly bid reward.

Chrono.tech x Dexsport AMA session

AMA session with Sergey Sergienko and Dexsport representative, represented by the head of marketing department, took place on February 8. The executives shared their plans for the near future, discussed partnerships and answered questions from users.

According to the representative of Dexsport, the nearest development that awaits us in the near future is the Academy for people who don’t know about betting and crypto-betting. The goal is to educate as many people as possible. The second development is the active development of the betting line. “That means we’re working on adding new tournaments,” Dexsport’s CMO shared.

While discussing the partnership, the representatives concluded that during the initial period of the collaboration, the companies have already had pleasing results. “We launched a joint campaign in CREW3 and in four days we managed to attract almost 500 participants,” confirms the Dexsport representative. Is using Dexsport completely safe?

“Yes, it is completely secure. When you make a deposit, all the information about the transaction goes into the blockchain and is recorded in it forever. Then, when you place a bet, the same thing happens, including the use of our smart contract, which interacts with the validator. That’s it. So to answer that question, I would have to say that betting on Dexport is just as safe as using blockchain.”

Do you plan to create a TimeX app for iOS in the future?

Chrono.tech recently shared the news of a new app that is available for Android. “It’s coming soon, but I won’t name a date yet.”

Will Dexsport have new listings and what exchanges will there be?

“We are in talks with some exchanges. Due to a non-disclosure agreement I can’t disclose the names of the exchanges, but you will get an update, I think, in the near future. Regarding token burning, yes, it is quite a significant concept of Dexsport, and it has been in our roadmap from the beginning, but we see that now is not the time to implement it. Because we don’t have that capacity right now, but it will be implemented this year, I believe. So be aware, we have some burning mechanics that we will introduce.”

When you talk about complete and reliable blockchain security, what do you mean? Do you use oracles? And the second question is about artificial intelligence. Aren’t you afraid that AI will beat all the bans?

“We prefer not to use decentralised oracles, but use our own validator, which compares data from more than 20 different sources, and only after comparing this data does it pass the result of the event onto the blockchain to be recorded. There’s a chance that one source could be wrong, but twenty sources can’t be wrong at the same time, so there will be a 19–1 outcome and two other outcomes.”

🔥Dexsport x Chrono.tech.

The week began with the announcement of the collaboration, which excited the entire community. People tried to guess what exactly and with whom they would see in a collaboration with Chrono.tech.

The collaboration turned out to be with the Dexsport platform.

Dexsport - is an innovative web3 betting platform where you can bet on sports with cryptocurrency easily, quickly and without intermediaries.

This pool works in a sports betting format. In order to make a bet, it is enough to connect Web3 wallet, put cryptocurrency on the balance and make a bet. As you remember from previous posts, LaborX is divided into Gigs (services that freelancers provide) and Jobs (jobs that employer post). But what can you do to make sure that Gig reaches as many audiences as possible, brings your service to the top, and you get a job quickly?

Today we’re going to share some tips, and don’t forget to save them!

1. Improve your profile and portfolio
The more information you have in your profile, the higher you rank among the top freelancers. Write down all the details about your work experience. But only to the point, no water.

2. Describe your working conditions
Decide whether you stick to an hourly rate or set a fixed price for the service. Clients often prefer fixed rates because they give them clarity on the entire budget.

3. Consider a rating system.
The rating is based on several categories, and the final amount is the average number for all categories. Each category, in turn, has its own criteria. Once a freelancer meets (or fails to meet) the criteria, they receive (or lose) points. The criteria are as follows:

⭐️ Reputation (up to 110 points). Freelancer’s reputation is currently calculated based on a variety of factors, including the following: Profile Completeness, Reviews, Deals Made.
⭐️ Frequency of Use (up to 100 points). The less you use the service, the fewer points you end up with, and vice versa.
⭐️ Conversion (up to 40 points). The more views and responses your Gig collects, the better the rating. Clean and simple headlines and well-chosen images can help you get those few extra clicks.
⭐️ Premium Membership (up to 60 points). It can be purchased on the LaborX website.
⭐️ New Member Opportunities (up to 50 points). These are primary points that give you a chance to get acquainted with the platform while their services get noticed.
