That’s in the fuzzySim modelling tutorial (http://fuzzysim.r-forge.r-project.org/fuzzySim-modelling-tutorial.html), 2nd section: the command ‘rotif.mods <- multGLM(data = rotif.env, sp.cols = 18:47, var.cols = 5:17, id.col = 1)' builds GLMs for multiple species in the dataset.
Can’t find a link anywhere within your site to where the packages reside. Can you give me a link for fuzzySim? Thanks
