Olin Faculty Attend KEEN National Conference

Last week, six Olin faculty members (Rachel, Georgia, Sam, Dan, Steve, and Erhardt) traveled to Oklahoma City to attend the KEEN National Conference. They gathered with other educators to discuss ways of developing engineering graduates with Entrepreneurial Mindsets by focusing on Curiosity, Connection and Creating Value.

Ivy Mahncke ’27 Featured in MIT Lincoln Laboratory's Intern Spotlight
Ivy began her internship with Lincoln Laboratory's Advanced Undersea Systems and Technology Group in 2025 and has spent time developing and troubleshooting an algorithm that would help a human diver and robotic vehicle collaboratively navigate underwater. She was recently featured on the MIT Lincoln Laboratory's social media. See the spotlight.

Thurs., Feb. 12: Olin Art Gallery Opening Reception
12 p.m. - 2 p.m. / Milas Hall Art Gallery
There will be an opening reception for the art exhibit, The Accidental Artist, by David Teng Olsen. David is a new media artist who originally trained as a biomedical engineer. He now teaches Media Arts and Science courses in the Studio Art Department at Wellesley College. Wed., Feb. 25: Career Fair
11 a.m. - 2 p.m. / Campus Center
Join us for the Career Fair, where Olin will welcome a selection of hiring organizations and grad schools to campus. Activities will mainly take place in the second-floor mezzanine and Crescent Room. This event is open to all current students and alumni, as well as all class years and majors. Please note:
  • You may see a few more vehicles in Lot A, and the Crescent Room will not be available to book on this day.
  • If you know of an organization that should come to the Fair, let PGP know by emailing pgp@olin.edu.
Candidates' Weekends 2026
Join us for the 2026 Candidates’ Weekends (CW), which are being held on the following dates: 
  • February 20-21
  • February 27-28
  • March 6-7
