Growing

ND Studio exists to take on one of the biggest design and engineering challenges in the world: building for an entire nation.

We seek smart people who care about craft. If hard work with real impact matters to you, see our roles below.

Engineer

We're looking for Engineers that understand the foundational concepts of software engineering at a deep level. Ideally, you have a strong understanding of the network stack end to end and how to ship systems that both look and perform well at the biggest of stages.

Frontend Engineer

We're looking for Frontend Engineers who obsess over the details that separate good interfaces from great ones. You understand the browser rendering pipeline, can optimize for Core Web Vitals without sacrificing craft, and have a track record of shipping interfaces that feel inevitable in hindsight.

Product Designer

We're looking for Product Designers who understand that great design is invisible until it's missing. You think in systems, sweat the micro-interactions, and can articulate why every pixel matters. Your portfolio shows work that shaped products, not just decorated them.

Service Designer

We're looking for Service Designers who see the whole system, not just the screens. You map journeys that span organizations, identify friction before users feel it, and design services that work for the people delivering them as well as those receiving them.

Motion Designer

We're looking for Motion Designers who understand that animation is communication, not decoration. You have an intuitive sense for timing and easing, can bring interfaces to life without overwhelming them, and know when motion should lead the eye versus fade into the background.

Producer

We're looking for Producers who make ambitious projects possible. You anticipate problems before they surface, keep complex workstreams moving without drama, and create the conditions where exceptional creative work can happen. You've delivered projects others thought couldn't be done.
