Android or iOS?
Both, treated equally. Built with React Native, so features ship to both platforms simultaneously. No "iOS first, Android next year" nonsense.
Local-first or Cloud
Local-first. Your data lives in a secure DB on your device. Offline mode works 100% of the time because gym basements have terrible Wi-Fi. Cloud sync is optional and encrypted.
Can I export my data? (No Vendor Lock-in)
Absolutely. It’s your data, not mine. You can generate a full CSV or JSON dump of your workout history instantly. If you ever leave NerdLift, you take your PRs with you.
Do you track my sets for ads?
Zero. I track bugs, not your bench press. Your workout data stays on your device and is only synced if you enable cloud backup. I sell software, not user data.
