I contacted Guardian Service for homeowners and auto insurance quotes and sent my declaration pages within the same hour. Steve Calleja dropped the ball early on, and the process spiraled from there. It took 7 days to receive a quote, and communication was extremely difficult—especially with agent Kristi Ware (Steve’s supervisor), who was hard to reach, scheduled call-back appointments she didn’t keep, and never responded to my text messages. The experience was handled so poorly that Mary Hahn (Head of Sales) had to step in. Mary worked with Eric Bushey to finally deliver a quote, and I do give them credit for doing their best to salvage the situation. My biggest concern is the marketing. I received a mailing promising a “$100 gift card” with no obligation to buy or switch, and it included a physical card printed with $100 that looks like a prepaid card (numbers/expiration/CVV) and says “call to activate.” However, what I ultimately received was $100 Amazon credit—and nowhere in the materials did it disclose that. That feels misleading and like a bait-and-switch. In the end, they couldn’t beat my current homeowners or auto policies—so after all the delays and frustration, this was a complete waste of time and energy.

Shocking customer service Order a soup maker over £100 for them to allow Yodel to throw is over a 6 foot gate in the rain. I requested a replacement as it is a present. Don’t do exchange so have to arrange a collection however can’t do a collection on weekends they don’t work weekends they can’t give a time slot so I am expected to take a day off work for this collection which shouldn’t have to be collected if it wasn’t thrown over the gate like it was. I am out of pocket & out of convenience and their customer service don’t acknowledge that none of this is my fault. I sent video evidence and the noise of the parcel hitting the ground it clearly will be damaged and I am not gifting that to anybody. I just wish that there was more acknowledgement that this wasn’t my fault and why I am suffering. I won’t be ordering again

" Warning: Be cautious of account locking after requesting withdrawal! I was shocked when my Curious Cat account was locked immediately after I requested a withdrawal of my funds. Despite being a regular user and having no issues prior to the request, I have never broken any of curious cat rules, I own only one curious cat account despite this my account was suddenly frozen And locked without any explanation. It seems like Curious Cat prioritizes holding onto users' money rather than providing a fair and transparent service. I would advise others to think twice before using this platform and to be aware of the potential risks of having their account locked without warning. *Update:* I'll continue to update this review if I receive a response from the support team or if my issue gets resolved."

Reena and Beckie were absolutely brilliant and were always available to answer our questions. They responded to emails very quickly and were always available on the phone whenever we called. Reena ensured that she kept us in the loop every step of way which was really reassuring, having not been through the sale process before. They always explained everything to us never made us feel silly for asking what were probably very obvious questions. We cannot thank Reena and Beckie for everything they did to make this process as stress free and smooth as possible.

Customer service alone! I received an update showing winner of the pink diamond which is really nice, matches my hair color haha Anyway, I didn't know your company is in Austin, Texas where I went to high school and graduated from Reagan High. I sent a message sharing that memory and my late grandmother being in politics and cool stories which the rep enjoyed and responded to, but not missing her chance to speak about the company and product which was really professional and strategic and actually pretty cool how she worked it. I give her an A++++++++++++++++++ and she has me looking closer at these candles 🤗🩷🤗

Do not take a warranty package with this company they are a group of scammers not paying on approved warranty claims Numerous calls to be told the whole of the accounts team are off sick !!!! Then your claim has been sent to the accounts team !!! Been waiting for my approved payment since October !!!!!!over £1000 warning do not use this company. There seems to be so many people in the same boat waiting for payment how can a company operate like this and get away with it Time to contact the FCA and raise a section 75 claim for the monies owed !!!

I had the same experience as others. Confused on what membership I was signing up for and expecting something else and now locked into a year membership. The ad made it sound like the Medication would be $25 for the first month not the membership. So I am stuck and can't afford the medication because I have to pay this membership. I tried to make the best of it and get one of the included medications and was denied that also. So a scam all around from my point of view. I will just pay out the waste of $900 and try something else next year.

This game is a complete scam Developers impersonate real players in the game and control all aspects of game play. Support does not exist. If you complain they ban your account, that was paid for. Google refuses to acknowledge these complaints stating we are disgrntled over pay to win. This is false. Moderators and many players with accounts are in fact house players. Multiple former developers have confirmed this. They are in violation of Google developer agreement and should be removed.

Quality product, as described. The Rainbow Dust Coffee flavour adaptogenic blend is delicious, especially served with frothed milk using the free frother. I wasnt a fan of the free Hydro Dust but I may have liked it in a different flavour. Overall a good quality product, you get exactly what you see in the adverts and its easy to unsubscribe with a few clicks on their website.
