Introduce granular control over AI reply generation within ReplyZen. This feature would enable users to:<ol><li>Manually trigger AI reply: Generate an AI-powered reply for a specific comment on demand, outside of the automated agent settings.</li><li>Regenerate existing AI reply: Request a new AI-generated response for a comment that already has a previous AI reply, allowing for iterations and refinement of suggestions.</li></ol>This enhancement provides greater flexibility and control for users who require more direct oversight and iterative development of their AI-assisted responses.

Manual & regenerate options for AI replies

Enable ReplyZen's AI to analyze images attached to comments from Facebook and Instagram. This feature provides intelligent visual processing for both enhanced moderation - automatically detecting visual spam, inappropriate content, or promotional noise - and more accurate, context-rich replies. By understanding product photos, memes, or complaint evidence, the AI can process visual context, significantly reducing manual workload and improving the precision of responses to image-based interactions.
