Our Booking PolicyTo ensure fairness in scheduling: Cancellations made 4 hrs before the booking are eligible for a refund. Cancellations less than 4 hrs prior are non-refundable--no-shows will also be charged. By completing your booking, you agree to these terms.

Single Session Speed Club

SALT Summer Speed Club is a 60min on-field speed and capacity session open to team sport athletes ages 14+, meeting every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday morning at 8am on the Indian Woods Middle School turf field (weather permitting).

Rotating focus each week incorporating: linear speed, curvilinear speed, transitional speed, and deceleration into re-acceleration patterns. Blending game-based decision making strategies and competition to enhance physical and mental performance.
