Is this for beginners or advanced producers?
Both, but in different ways.
If you’re newer, Studio gives you structure so you stop guessing and start understanding how tracks are actually built.
If you’re more experienced, it’s about refinement; improving decisions, tightening workflow, and pushing your ideas into more finished, intentional records.
It’s less about “what to do” and more about “why it works.”
How is Studio different from YouTube tutorials?
YouTube is fragmented by design; individual ideas, no context, no structure.
Studio consolidates everything into a single system.

How is Studio different from Studio Pro?

Can I try before paying?
Yes! There’s a free tier with access to selected lessons.
It’s there so you can understand the structure before committing.
Full access to the Studio library, systems, and tools is unlocked with a paid membership.
What DAW do I need?
Our courses and tutorials are primarily taught in Ableton Live, so familiarity with Ableton is helpful but not essential.
The production concepts, techniques and theory covered apply to most major DAWs - whether you're using FL Studio, Logic Pro or anything else, you'll be able to follow along and apply what you learn to your own setup.
How do I access the content?
Everything inside Sample Werks Studio is accessed through your account on our website. Once you're a member simply log in and head to Studio Portal - your courses, content and resources are all waiting there. No additional software or downloads required.
Do I need to download anything?
The only download is Discord, which is where our community lives. Everything else; video content, live workshops, webinars and resources, is accessible directly through your Studio Portal via our website on any device. Discord is free and available on desktop and mobile.
When does new content drop?
New content drops every week across both tiers. Studio members receive a new tutorial and a weekly producer challenge. Studio Pro members additionally receive two live workshops and a Q&A session per month, personal track feedback and direct messaging access to Myles. New drops are announced in the Sample Werks Studio Discord and via email so you never miss anything.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts on any tier. You can cancel your Studio or Studio Pro membership at any time directly from your account. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my access if I cancel?
Your access to all gated content, the Discord community and member benefits continues until the end of your current billing period. After that your account reverts to Starter level, you keep your account and access to the free taster content but lose access to paid tier content and the Discord. You can resubscribe at any time.
