Some new work above: an illustration for 5280 Magazine about Colorado's rivers being affected by drought, an Opt Ed Illustration for NY Times about home flood insurance, and Illustration for Wired Magazine about the upcoming new TVs coming out-and the overwhelmed consumer.  Really enjoyed all illustrations, especially the Opt Ed piece. Mouse on Literacy

I was asked to have "Knitting with Mouse" used in Literacyhead's "Art of Teaching Words" feature-- to teach high frequency words (in Mouse's case, it's "Find"!).  As a teacher and an artist, I'm so happy to have work that serves an educational purpose...

Majestic Group Show

My Bloody News! Creative Quarterly 28

This image made it into Creative Quarterly 28 as a runner up!

So thankful to the judges for choosing my bloody meat...

I made some business cards that came in (a 1st for me) and did this zebra book image for Society of Killustrators! I also fiddled around with an image, thinking of a CD cover idea for Forest Sun. Thanks Pandora for always being in the background while I doodle:)

Inc Mag Illo and Show at Majestic Gallery

Did an illustration recently for INC Magazine's July issue- about video conferencing products for different devices- good to work with Sarah G. on this:)

Also, I will be showing these 3 pieces at a group show at Majestic Gallery's National Show, opening night June 29th, 2012!

Recaptured End at DAC Gallery

Here are pics of the recent artwork of mine from a 2 person show at DAC gallery (with fellow artist Ching Ching Cheng)! The show was a great success, the space for the art was awesome...Thanks to everyone who came to the opening to support and check it out:)

Experimenting with more graphic elements. This one's called "Trimmin' the fat". Big corporation's decisions to make up for profit loss by cutting out thousands of workers. A bloody mess!
