Judging Criteria
-
Usefulness (30%)
How useful or exciting is your hack? Is it fun? Roughly how much your hack would be used, i.e the demand. -
Creativity (30%)
How creative is your hack? Is the idea innovative in some way? Is the way you've built it, or some aspect of it innovative or new? -
Technical Difficulty (30%)
How hard was your hack to build? Did you meet some great technical challenge? This is balanced with completeness, i.e, a hard hack with a few features or a simple hack with many features will score the same. -
Feasability (10%)
How feasible is it to deploy your hack? Could it be released or commercialized? E.g, deploying a website versus giving everyone in the world an exploding cat to make it work.
