Love Thy Hair | Script
This script is not only about hair but about creation, energy, and authenticity. If you've been feeling insecure about your hair, then this post is for you.
My hair is like a plant. It blossoms, flourishes, and radiates beautifully. My hair is versatile. It can be modeled into different styles that complement how I feel at the moment. I can always depend on the hair on my head. All the strains that I have are in the reflection of the stars in the universe. My hair is creative and open-minded. It loves to morph into whatever piece of art I feel called to create at the moment. My hair is the reflection of how I feel on the inside. It gives me the freedom to be myself. It helps me accept myself as who I am. It does not define me; I define it. It has strength and power. It takes up space when I shower it with love. It is flexible and lively. It is full of life and naturally absorbs water and nutrients. It is alive. It has the power to grow back even better than before. It trusts me, and it loves me. My hair is lucky to have me. What a blessing to have my hair. What a miracle to have my hair. I appreciate my hair. It communicates to me what I need to take into my body. It opens doors for me. It is out of this world because it is unique to me.

Despite what the world says about my hair, I choose to love my hair as it is. Despite what society tries to paint about my hair, only the words I speak about my hair matter. I don’t have to change my hair to fit in, or to be loved, or to succeed. I choose to prioritize my hair. I would rather take care of my hair than neglect it because it does not neglect me. It is safe to change it up. I am enough with or without my hair as well. I can grow it back or leave it alone. My hair is just my hair. My hair is my property. My hair is priceless. My hair teaches me patience. My hair teaches me appreciation for every phase I go through in life. I give my hair life and a purpose. My spirit alone is what pours energy and love into the strains on my head. My hair can open doors to opportunities that are perfect for me. In whichever way I style my style, I can tell a story, receive love, establish connections, and be relatable.

It is safe to pray about my scalp in all of its phases because it is a source of energy. It is important to value its authenticity without shame. My hair thrives 24/7. It is a gift to have something that comes from me. That grows out of me. Whether my hair is here or not, I am still blessed, loved, and beautiful. Whether my hair is full or not, long or short, present or not, it can evolve. It can grow, it can become stronger, and I can learn how to nurture and style it in a way that feels best for me. I can keep my hair if I want to, or not gracefully, and still be divine.
I am capable of having something that I can feel, touch, smell, and see. I am enough as I am with or without my hair, but I am grateful to have something that is in the reflection of my heart, mind, and spirit by default. This is more than about hair; this is about creation in all aspects of my life, beyond what I can see.
Affirmations:
𑣲 I love my hair; it can attract love, opportunities, and adoration
𑣲 My hair deserves to be seen
𑣲 My hair gives me freedom to express myself
𑣲 I choose to define my hair
𑣲 I am blessed and divine regardless of whether I have hair or not
Message from the author:

Read this script as often as you want. Also, keep your eyes open to change. I wrote this script because I cut my hair a few weeks ago. I had regretted it at first and felt insecure, but I grew to love it. I prayed to God to cut it for me and to give me a style that fits me perfectly, and that complements who I am. And now, I have found something that feels true to me. It is my natural curls, dyed red. And have been receiving so much love for it more than any other style I’ve had before.
The world can be cruel to those who have afros, curly hair, short hair, or no hair at all. There is a perspective that only straight, full, or long hair is acceptable, and that’s hurtful and damaging. Even though silky hair is beautiful, so is the hair you see in the images I displayed. That is why I wrote this script: to inspire those to love something that naturally comes from them or that feels right to them, regardless of societal standards.
I am aware that there are people who don’t have hair, but this message is meant for them as well. To remind them that they are magnificent. And can still produce beautiful things. This post is more than about hair; it is about recognizing how beautifully designed the human body is. Along with how powerful our thoughts are, and how effortlessly our system (body) can create and pour energy into other areas of our being. Sometimes the energy that is used to grow our hair may be needed to support other areas of our body to maintain a balance.
So, if this is new to you, don’t fight any limited beliefs or tension; it’ll feel safe to embody this over time.
My scripts are meant to help feed uplifting, loving, encouraging words into your heart, mind, and spirit. It is very easy to fall into a negative way of thinking, and that can be damaging to you in all aspects of your being. Notice how uplifting you feel after reading these words, the hope you hold on to, the exciting possibility, new empowering energy, and the certainty of this perspective. Embody this because you owe it to yourself to be your own safe place, your own parent, your own supporter, your own teacher, your own believer.
