Hexentanz zur Mitternacht!

 

 

Das Jahr neigt sich bedenklich dem Ende zu und das Table Terror Team wird wohl nicht mehr viele Figuren bemalen, bevor das letzte Stündlein schlägt. Daher wagt es Michi hier die letzten beiden Kreationen frisch vom Bemaltisch vor die Linse zu zerren. 

 

Dabei handelt es sich um zwei Schwestern, die in Zukunft auf dem Spieltisch ihr Unwesen treiben werden. Ob sie dabei als Hexen, Oger, Trolle oder andere Unholde agierein werden, soll vorerst offen bleiben. Es gibt sicherlich reichlich Verwendung in The Silver Bayonet, Frostgrave und anderen Spielsystemen für die beiden...

The Heist, an interim result

I've been working on three factions for a heist scenario for a few weeks now: robbers, hostages/civilians, police.

The plan is to create a cinematic scenario in which robbers want to loot the private collection of a billionaire, but not only the police get in their way, but also a few other crooks.

In the meantime, all the robbers have been painted and the hostages are also ready. The police are still being worked on and when they are complete, a few more civilians will be added to make everything a bit more densely populated.

Originally I only wanted to design the interior of the billionaire's residence as a backdrop for photos, but I liked the first result so much that I have now printed and painted several walls and floors. The aim is at least to make the art collection playable and thus suitable for a scenario.

I designed the scenery myself in BLENDER and printed it with an FDM printer. Most of the miniatures STLs are from Anvils Kickstarter, The Heist, a few police STLs are from Albino Raven.

 

PVLVIS ET VMBRA - Die (möglicherweise) letzten Gladiatoren

 

Schon einmal hatte Michi geglaubt seine letzten Gladiatoren bemalt zu haben, aber drei Neuzugänge von Bronze Age Miniatures und einer von Brother Vinni haben ihn noch einmal den Pinsel für die Arena schwingen lassen...

Von links nach rechts sieht der geneigte Leser einen Murmillo, eine Gallia und zwei Secutores. Letztere sind die Nachfolger des Murmillo im Kampf gegen den Retiarius mit seinem Netz und dem Dreizack gewesen.

1999 Demonics - a blast from the past

Was it an invitation, was it a challenge? Whatever - it seemed to be fun and Michi went to the attic to dig deep into the lead pile. He came forth with a find that was a handful of figures from the past: Miniatures for the game 1999 from long time ago, which were bought, primed and forgotten. Now they saw light again after thirty years. Cell Entertainment AB was founded in 1997 by Stefan Ljungqvist and Johan Sjöberg. Their products included the games 1999, Hybrid, Krash, LAB, Ronin and Ronin: War. They produced this range of miniatures for use with their 1999 tabletop skirmish game. Only a few miniatures were released officially, but there were several unreleased figures that were produced in very small quantities probably as samples, promos or test runs. The 1999 rulebook lists Henrik Pettersson, Werner Klocke, Stefan Niehues, and Anders Muammar as the sculptors. 

 This is what they are: 

Demonic Trooper with Pistols (x2), Demonic Trooper with Battlesuit & Geno Cannon, Demonic Trooper with Storm Cannon and a Demonic Champion with Shock Rods.

Don't they look properly weird? Michi thought that they would match WWW2 and gave them a try.
