How it Works




NEW FOR 2026 PLEASE READ
Beginning with Sphere ticket requests, fans will need to log into their Ticketmaster account before requesting from Phish Tickets. Ticketstoday (who are part of Ticketmaster) added this enhancement to allow fans to edit and check the status of their ticket request. In addition to allowing for less reliance on email for ticket status notification, the login will also help block bad actors and get tickets in the hands of real fans.

This form serves as a request form only.
Please note the following important information about the ticket request process:
Tickets will be mobile delivery.
If you are granted tickets, you will receive a separate ticket confirmation email for each show that you are granted tickets. Each show will be charged in a separate transaction between Monday, December 8th and Wednesday, December 10th. The charge(s) on your card will be from * Phish Tickets.
We will send you a ticket request summary email when processing is complete. This email will let you know the status of all of the shows on your ticket request.
Each 3-Day ticket is one mobile ticket you will use each night for entry. You cannot split a 3-Day ticket into individual show tickets.
The ticket request period ends at noon eastern on Monday, December 8th. You will be notified of your ticket status via email and in your account by 11:59 PM eastern on Wednesday, December 10th.
Filling out this form does not guarantee that you will receive tickets - you are not actually purchasing anything at this time.

Our allotment contains tickets in all areas in the venue across all price levels where applicable. None of the seats in the 100-level offered in this pre-sale will be located below the overhang. If your ticket request is granted, you will not know your seat locations until after your order is finalized and it is non-refundable.

All requests are subject to availability.

If you are requesting the 3-Day ticket you may not request single day events in addition to the 3-Day ticket. Requesting 3-Day tickets and single day tickets could result in rejection of your requests

If you purchase a travel package you may not request tickets in this pre-sale. Purchasing a travel package and requesting tickets could result in rejection of your requests.

The price listed on the ticket request is the highest priced ticket you can expect to purchase should you be granted tickets. If you choose best available and are selected for tickets and GA floor tickets are no longer available, you may be granted reserved seating tickets and will be charged the appropriate amount.

When you place your request, an authorization of either $0.00 or $1.00 is sent to your bank to ensure your card is valid. This authorization is immediately reversed. You will only be charged if you are granted tickets. This authorization does not mean that you are granted tickets and it will disappear from your pending charges. The time it takes for this authorization to disappear depends on your bank.
