Bought a pair of walking boots just under a year ago, so I got in touch with "Fife" to order another pair, as they were so good and extremely comfortable. I was inquisitive to work out how many miles I had walked in them, as I do a lot of walking. I asked the lady when I bought them, thinking I had them well over a year. The lady asked if I had a problem with them and I said not really, but I have just got a split in the boots sole, which was letting some water I was utterly amazed when she told me that they were still under guarantee.and that they would sent to me a new pair. To honour there honesty I bought a new pair as well. It is very rare, these days, for companies to be as honourable as this. I will always remember this and buy from them, when I want some outdoors to wear.

An honest review. The process was quite frustrating at the start and communication wasn’t great initially with a certain individual, which made things more stressful than they needed to be. However, once Kayley Faulkes took over, the experience completely changed. She was clear, proactive, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout. Kayley kept everyone updated, chased where needed, and made sure things stayed on track right through to completion. The sale completed successfully, and that was largely down to Kayley’s support and professionalism. She was excellent and made a huge difference! Thanks again!

I was skeptical, and had my cards with me for the first week or so of using my ring. Then you forget and simply have freedom of empty pockets. I don't use a phone which if lost has all your bank and payment details. Summer in shorts no pockets, no problem as the ring is on your finger. You get an instant message as the payment goes through so if your being monitored you know about it straight away. I did lose my first one and simply cancelled it straight away. I can't fault it and would recommend it to anyone who has an active life or seeks simplicity.

Used to love Rituals. But now their prices are extortionate, but not matched by quality. Far too expensive. They discontinued the ever-popular Mehr shower gels in shops; only available yo buy online. Why! 🤦♂️. Their anniversary box, even on sale at 47 euro, is not value for money at all. Their diffusers aren't good at all. I go for Max Benjamin (Irish brand). Half the price but amazing fragrance. Twice I ordered online and didn't get either. Got a refund. Not the luxury product that they'd have you believe. At all!

I was relatively happy with my broadband until it came to moving address. I wished to continue my contract, but Community fibre were unable to do this as my new home was not in an area they cover. Therefore I had no alternative but to cancel the account. To cancel they are charging £164.00 even though it is them who cannot provide service at my new address. Pure extortion and a terrible way to treat customers.

Three and a half months in,and it started leaking. Unfortunately we were away for the weekend when it started. So came back to the downstairs of the house underwater. Luckily I had a spare, which weirdly is bigger,and now has two O-rings. Every time I go out I turn off the mains water just in case. Not sure if I'm gonna order another one if this keeps happening

First they open the account I'm talking about my father he got the perfect credit score then in 24 hours they said oh you're not able to use the credit you have to pay then they put a footprint on his credit file it's not a good company I will advise you do not use it and to stay away just because whatever they're saying in the beginning is not the truth

Ordered two LED lanterns. One came intact the other had clearly been returned at some point and was taped back together in an inadequate manner. The side was completely open and subsequently I was not surprised to find the charging lead, adaptor and batteries were missing. The two stars are given for the intact Lantern which is very good.

tried for a couple of days to get Landlords cover. Agents do not pick up phone and the chat system has unhelpful agents who would not even hold long enough to see if the ticket was accepted. Ticket system not fit for purpose if you are a new customer as i do not have a reference number! WAS TOLD TO ADD 000000 THIS DOES NOT WORK

DO NOT BUY FROM DEBENHAMS. They only have Ai bots as customer care NO TELEPHONE contact and impossible to connct with a real agent. You will get caught in a perpetual loop if something goes wrong with your order. This compnay is trying to automate to do things cheap and it does not work. BUY elsewhere, do not risk it!

Called up after receiving an email telling me my monthly payments was going up by £3 which doesn't seem like much but would have pushed my bill to over £50 per month. I called up and spoke to a lady called binta and they bought it down to £33 which is much more affordable. Very happy
