Welcome to the WebMind Innovation Hackathon, designed for builders at any skill level.
Most hackathons have become predictable: everyone builds the same AI chatbot, and only the most experienced developers stand a chance. We're changing that.
This hackathon offers four distinct tracks, each celebrating different skills. Whether you're a coder, designer, data analyst, or content creator, there's a path for you to win. Our mission is straightforward: move beyond repetitive demos and build solutions that address real problems in AI visibility, search optimization, and user experience.

Why This Hackathon is Different
Multiple ways to win: Four separate tracks mean four separate winners. You can build an AI citation tracker, an SEO dashboard, a design analytics tool, or simply write a great LinkedIn post. Pick what fits your strengths.
Fair evaluation: We don't compare beginners to experts. Judges evaluate your project based on your starting point, effort, and learning journey. A well-executed beginner project can absolutely win over an incomplete advanced one.
Expert mentorship: Our organizing team includes a Kaggle Grandmaster (top 0.1% globally), data scientists, software engineers, and cybersecurity experts. You'll get real feedback from people who work in these fields professionally.
Practical skills: The challenges mirror real industry needs: Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), keyword analysis, accessibility testing, and design metrics. What you build here translates directly to job-ready skills.
Beginner support: First-time hacker? We provide starter kits, live workshops, mentor office hours, and a Discord community ready to help when you get stuck.
The Four Tracks
Track 1: Intelligent GEO (generative engine optimization) insights ($75)
SEO affects how well websites are found on google search similar GEO effects how well a website can be found in chatgpt, how often is company website mentioned in answers from llm's like gpt, claude etc, and what prompts have the biggest impact as well as what pages do they direct to?
How do AI models like ChatGPT decide which websites to cite? Build tools that test prompts across multiple AI platforms, track citation patterns, and create dashboards showing visibility insights. This is Generative SEO (GEO) in action.
Track 2: Intelligent SEO Insights ($55)
Create keyword research and analytics tools that help people understand what to rank for. Analyze competitors, identify search intent, calculate keyword difficulty, and build dashboards that make SEO data accessible.
Track 3: Visual Experience Analytics ($40)
Measure how design choices impact real performance. Build tools that check color contrast, analyze readability, generate heatmaps, or test accessibility. Show that design isn't just aesthetics—it's measurable.

Write a compelling public LinkedIn post about reimagineweb.dev. Explain what it does, why it matters, and its potential. Tag the organizers, make it engaging, and get the most likes by the deadline. So we can see your posts:

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
What to Build
Each team or individual submits under one track only. Choose the track that best fits your project:
Track 1: Intelligent GEO insights (Generative Engine Optimization)
SEO affects how a website ranks on Google Search; GEO affects how it appears on platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, etc, how often websites are mentioned in the answers. Build tools that evaluate how AI assistants cite websites. This could be a dashboard that tests prompts across ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity to show which sites appear most often. Or an analyzer that identifies "answer gaps" where content is missing from AI responses. Or a visibility tracker that monitors brand mentions across AI platforms over time.
Track 2: Intelligent SEO Insights
Create keyword research and analytics tools. This might be a competitor analysis dashboard, a keyword difficulty calculator, a search intent classifier, or a tool that suggests content opportunities based on ranking gaps. Focus on making SEO data actionable and easy to understand.
Track 3: Visual Experience Analytics
Build solutions that measure design effectiveness. Examples: an accessibility checker that scans for WCAG violations, a color contrast analyzer with fix suggestions, a readability grader that tests fonts and layouts, or a heatmap generator that shows where users actually click.
Track 4: Most Liked LinkedIn Post
Publish a public LinkedIn post about reimagineweb.dev. Explain what it does, how it helps, and why it matters. Tag all three organizers (Ibrahim, Jaswir, and Waqas). Make it engaging and authentic—tell a story, share insights, or demonstrate value. The post with the most likes by the deadline wins.

reimagineweb.dev is an AI-powered website analyzer that provides feedback on content, SEO/GEO, design, and conversion optimization. You'll receive free premium access via a coupon code sent to registrants and posted in Discord.
How you use it is up to you: use it as a data source, build tools on top of its API, create visualizations from its output, or extend its functionality. Just make sure your project clearly uses it.
Track 4 does not require reimagineweb.dev usage.
