    Please send us the link of the quiz (the one that is publicly accessible on your website) so we can test it.
    Also let us know which Quiz Maker version and PHP version you are currently using.

    Please kindly clarify during which question types the error appears when checking the answer.
    And let us know whether you are using any caching plugin on your website.
