Dear Valued Customer,
We are writing to inform you about a planned Distributed Cloud infrastructure maintenance in London and New York Regional Edge Sites
Maintenance Details: Start Time: 10 Jan 2026 05:00 UTC End Time: 10 Jan 2026 13:00 UTC
Projected Impact: 1. Customers who have deliberately created hard-coded dependencies for London or New York regional edge sites will encounter service interruption during this window. 2. The tunnel from the Customer Edge (CE) to the Regional Edge (RE) will be unavailable, resulting in delays in propagating user configurations. However, the secondary tunnel will remain operational. 3. Rest assured, during this maintenance window, Customer Edge (CE) services and applications will not experience any downtime and will continue to be served from other Regional Edge sites.
Reason for Maintenance: Capacity expansion of Regional Edge sites
Our Commitment: We will provide timely updates should there be any changes to the schedule or if unexpected issues arise.
Contact Information: If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact our support team at [email protected].

During this period, F5 will not perform any maintenance activities on InfraOps , F5 Distributed Cloud production platforms that could impact:
1. Data-plane traffic or the processing of such traffic 2. Service reporting or audit data consumed by graphs, logs, or API configurations 3. Platforms hosting or directly supporting customer instances 4. Essential Maintenance Activities
While changes that could impact your service are avoided during this time, we will continue to perform emergency maintenance tasks to ensure peak performance and resilience, including:
1. Troubleshooting and triage of customer issues 2. Provisioning and emergency onboarding of new or existing customer instances with an approved Change Management Request 3. Emergency or outage-related work with an approved Change Management Request
