YHack is Yale's premier hackathon. We invite all students who share our passion for innovation and learning to immerse yourselves in an energetic atmosphere, learning and creating alongside individuals as passionate as yourselves! Expect a myriad of spectacular rewards, deeply technical workshops, renowned guest speakers, and engaging activities throughout the event!

No. We accept people of all skill levels and YHack is a great event for many who haven’t participated in a hackathon.
After individual registration, we will send out an email regarding team registration. Teams can be of size 1–4.
Team formation will happen after registration. In case you don't have a team, we'll have formation before the hackathon starts!
