In the halcyon days of the early 80s TSR released a D&D line that was simple and easy to learn. This "Basic" version of the game went on to become one of the company's most popular products introducing millions of kids to D&D. While copies of it can still be found on the secondary market or POD, the game is sadly no longer in print. Ruins & Relics picks up this torch. The game is built on four pillars:
