I love the fact that Shopify made this, I wish there were more sorting options, like sorting by price, collections, etc. and every time you import, it reverts you back to the beginning, wish we could continue where we left off. I wish it was also easier for suppliers to set up and for them to have more options in price offerings, including extra fees.
Shopify Collective has been a game changer for me. It has allowed me to seamlessly connect with suppliers that fit right in with my catalog. There are a few features that would be "nice to haves' but for the most part, Shopify has done a great job with this!
Payment missing, supplier unpaid, and still no resolution
I used this app to pay my supplier, but the payment never reached them and the money has not been returned. Despite providing supporting documents and following up repeatedly, I am still waiting for a clear explanation and a resolution.
This delay has put unnecessary pressure on my business and damaged my confidence in the app. When a payment goes missing, merchants need clear answers, timely updates, and a firm timeline for resolving it.
