It's perfect for our DIY kits, since we can attach a digital download of the instructions that fulfills when we send the customer the physical kit, but it doesn't mark the order as fulfilled until the physical componant is sent.
It also gives the option to automatically send out updated downloads to customers who have already bought the item, which is very helpful.
The only thing I wish was different was that you could reuse the same file on multiple variants or listings, it's a little annoying that it brekas them up and you have to re-upload for each one.

Hi! I LOVE this app and use it for my website of 200+ digital products. Here are a few features I’d love: the ability to bulk upload products, the ability to bulk change links, the ability to change all of the Button CTA’s through the app page. Thank you for adding the link feature.

Digital Products needs bulk asset management. We have a product with many variants that all use the same downloadable PDF. Updating the document currently requires manually deleting and uploading assets variant by variant, which is extremely time-consuming and error-prone. Please add bulk selection for variants, bulk deletion of assets, and the ability to upload or replace one asset across all selected variants in a single action.
