I've been using this app for a few years now. Great customer service when needed, but I've rarely had to use it because the app works so well. Just recently had to reach out and Taylor was prompt at helping to fix my issue.
Really powerful form builder (pun-intended). Very good functionality, and does what we need it to. Had a small hiccup during setup, but Emma from their support team was prompt, helpful, and got our forms up and running.
Great app. We have been using it for 3 years now. Taylor was responsive & professional when we had an issue. Highly recommend.
