Cover explicit blur() after hiding a focused textarea's ancestor, with and without a layout flush, and after disabling the textarea. Check that focus fixup has not happened before blur(), then that blur() synchronously releases focus and fires a blur event.

These cases exercise the unfocusing steps when the target is still focused but is no longer focusable. The existing focus-fixup timing tests do not call blur().
