Built an Autonomous Inbound Triage & Speed-to-Lead Router (DAG Architecture) Dropping a production architecture template for teams scaling inbound pipeline and struggling with speed-to-lead latency, duplicate records, and competitor leaks. The Problem: When demo/signup volume spikes, manual lead assignment creates a 2–4 hour delay. Worse, competitors often slip through onto AE calendars, while high-intent enterprise accounts get dumped into generic SDR queues. What This System Solves: • Unified Ingestion: Ingests from Website Demo, Typeform, and Product Signup webhooks into normalized entity IDs with duplicate pre-checks. • Pre-flight Enrichment: Clay HTTP API + Claygent enrich company intelligence only after domain validation to prevent credit burn. • 5-Way Parallel Diagnostic Routing: Evaluates ICP fit, active CRM opps (HubSpot/Salesforce), competitor risk, buying/pricing intent, and email deliverability concurrently. • Deterministic Routing Gates: Auto-routes enterprise tier to prioritized AEs with an AI research dossier & instant Slack notification, sends competitors to security review, and isolates dirty data into a human review queue. • Enterprise Governance: Single CRM writeback point paired with an audit logger to track exact routing decisions. How do I find small care providers (under 50 staff, ABN under 1 year old) and see what software they use? Hi all, I do go-to-market in Australia for software that helps disability support providers with rostering and invoicing. I have a government CSV of registered providers (names, ABNs, websites, phones) and a directory PDF that also lists unregistered ones. These are small local businesses, mostly not on LinkedIn. I want to filter them to under 50 staff, ABN registered in the last 12 months, work out which software they use now, score signs they want to switch, and then pull owner contacts only for the top scorers. What's the best way to estimate size and current software for businesses with just a website and a Google listing? Has anyone built something like this? Thanks!
Hey everyone! 👋 I’m Bhargav Krishna, joining from India. I recently discovered GTME and Clay through a conference video featuring Clay’s CEO, Kareem Amin, and was immediately drawn in. One word really stuck with me: “vibe sales.” In an AI-first world where building software is becoming easier and everyone can build similar products, the real differentiator is how you reach, win, and retain customers. I’ve just completed Clay 101, and I’m excited to get hands-on, learn how fast-moving agencies approach growth, and explore how we can reach customers more intelligently and personally. Looking forward to learning from this community, connecting with you all, and contributing wherever I can. Excited to be here! 🚀
hey! isn't wedge 2 happening?

Recipe: weekly hiring signals in a Clay table (new and closed roles per company) If you score accounts on hiring, the useful signal is change: which companies just opened roles for the team you sell to. Here's a setup that gives one row per company with new and closed roles since last week, read live from the company's own career board (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Recruitee, Personio). Step 1: Add an enrichment column, search "Apify" and pick Run Apify Actor. Step 2: Actor: longlever/ats-jobs-feed Step 3: Input JSON (Domain is your column): { "companies": [#{{Domain}}], "mode": "signals", "keywords": ["data"] } Drop "keywords" to count every role, or set it to the function you sell to. Step 4: Map the output fields you want: open_roles, new_roles_count, closed_roles_count, net_change, hiring_velocity_30d (roles posted in the last 30 days), top_departments, new_roles. Step 5: Re-run weekly. The first run is a baseline; from the second run on you get new and closed counts. What it looked like this week: → OpenAI: 805 open roles, 217 posted in the last 30 days, mostly Go To Market and Applied AI → Stripe: 740 open, 233 in 30 days, 71 in the last 7 → Airbnb: 210 open, 98 in 30 days, led by Software Engineering → Linear: 31 open, 10 in 30 days, none in the last week Cost on Apify is $0.002 per company per run (about $9 a month for 1,000 accounts checked weekly). Companies on Workday or SmartRecruiters come back as "no supported board" and aren't charged. Disclosure: I built the Actor. Happy to add fields if something's missing for your scoring.

Hey everyone! 👋 I’m Paula, a GTM Engineer at WarmUp, a Clay-native GTM engineering agency where we build full-stack outbound systems for B2B clients. I came into GTM engineering after 8+ years in sales, so I tend to think about every table in terms of “would this actually help a rep book a meeting?” 😄 Day to day I’m in Clay building signal-based outbound, social listening workflows, and Claygent qualification and scoring across a handful of client accounts. I’m based in Venezuela, Latin America 🇻🇪 (fully overlapped with US hours) and bilingual in English and Spanish, so feel free to say hola! Always happy to swap ideas on signals, waterfall setups, or creative data points. Looking forward to learning from you all! linkedin.com/in/paulaagg
