This pull request makes some changes to the Import Edit page, allowing you to easily replace the upload file or change the collection/taxonomy you're importing into.
I've essentially just added the options from the create form to the top of the edit page.
Behind the scenes, I've refactored the edit page to be a publish form, with the mappings table as its own fieldtype. The slight change in layout should give us space to add more configuration options (like CSV delimiter, etc).
Closes #8.
