Which scores does The Launch Directory track about a listing's links?

Six link scores: Domain Rating (Ahrefs), Trust Flow and Citation Flow (Majestic), Domain Authority, Page Authority and Spam Score (Moz).

How often is each score re-checked?

Domain Rating: daily, on every listing. Majestic: every 30 days if paid, every 90 days if free. Moz: every 30 days if paid, every 90 days if free.

Why track more than one provider?

No single provider sees every link. Three independent crawls, each scored its own way, are harder to fool than one.

The Launch Directory's playbook is a free, step-by-step launch guide: what to get ready before launch day, what to do on the day and during the week after, and which launch directories are worth a look.

  1. Groundwork Complete your profile and listing, and write the posts and emails you plan to send.
  2. On launch day Share your listing widely, pin the post and reply to the people who ask questions.
  3. Launch week Keep sharing with a new angle each time, post an update and add the badge to your site.
  4. Afterwards Submit to other launch directories and come back with a relaunch for major updates.
