Amazon Seller Central exports 30-up US Letter sheets by default. To print crisp 1-up labels on a Rollo or Zebra roll without blurry bars, your PDF page size must be locked to 144 × 72 pt.
Print multiple SKUs on one 5160 sheet
Amazon Seller Central forces a new 30-up page for every SKU—so a shipment of 8 units of SKU A and 12 units of SKU B wastes 40 stickers across two sheets. Here is how to pack them onto one page.

What does UPCLabelMaker cost?

Can I mix multiple SKUs on one sheet?
Yes. Open any barcode tool, switch to Labels to print PDF, and click '+ Add another item' to enter each product code and quantity. For example, 10 of SKU A and 20 of SKU B fill all 30 stickers on a single Avery 5160 page.
Why do Avery 5160 bottom rows drift?
Set your print dialog to US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) and Scale to 100% or Actual Size. Never use Fit to Page, which shrinks the sheet by 3.5% and pulls the bottom rows off their stickers. Print our free 1-page Alignment Test PDF on plain paper first to verify.
