An interactive, cel-shaded courtyard inspired by UW–Madison, with campus architecture and a personal AI workspace. Light mode brings daytime and begins turning the leaves yellow after 8 seconds of visible animation; at 15 seconds the color transition is complete and falling leaves begin. Dark mode changes from a rainy night into a snowy winter courtyard. Small groups of walking pedestrians and passing cars briefly fade in and out in daytime; only occasional pedestrians pass at night. Pause motion stops both street activity and seasonal progress; reduced motion hides the passing impressions. On the studio's lake-facing exterior wall, large GitHub, Docker, and Microsoft logos link to William's merged open-source contributions; low ground lights illuminate the display at night. These links are also available by keyboard. Click elsewhere on the glass studio building, including its AI STUDIO sign, roof or windows, or use Enter studio to walk inside. Inside, drag or focus the scene and use the arrow keys to look around. Worked directly with the CEO on an internal pilot producing about 50 twenty-second product videos per day, expanding each product image into 4–8 keyframes and cutting generation time from 20+ to about 12 minutes. Reduced per-video model cost by 70–80% and raised job completion from 90% on the first attempt to 99% after retries through agent stages, caching, checkpoints, model routing, and resumable execution.
