Dev beta blog post - Change reference to QA team to "developers and testers" (#1146)

* Added more details on moveByOffset to make it clear which directions X and Y move the mouse. Issue #1087

* Added the text to the other language files.

* Initial add dev and beta blog post article

* initial content

* Shortened title and modified content to use consistent language and capitalization. Renamed markdown file to reflect the title change.
