DNS servers can be subject to attacks that deny access to domains, overwhelm servers with traffic or take over DNS infrastructure. NS1 provides built-in resilience against distributed denial of service or DDoS attacks, including volumetric DDoS surges for improved DNS security. For added resilience, an optional single-tenant redundant domain name system (DNS) layer is also available.
