God Spots

God chooses and desires we know Him.  Knowing Him is knowing truth.  Rejecting Him is rejecting truth.  The truth of knowing Christ is proof of God’s graciousness and generousity to his Children.  We are to live our lives with the same graciousness and generousity of the Father.  Only in truth is there hope to please our Father.

Jesus is life. It is impossible to live without life.  Choosing Jesus is to choose life.  Rejecting Jesus is to choose to exist apart from life.

“I am the Road, also the Truth, also the Life. No one gets to the Father apart from me.“~Message

Much has been said about life being viewed as a journey, not a destination.  Life is so much more than the life Ralph Waldo Emerson defines.

I am more inclined to believe life is the essence of our being.  God creates you and i with the opportunity to experience life in Jesus Christ.  As we wake each day, we take another breath filled with God’s goodness and grace.    It is in that breath we have opportunity to begin each day knowingly experiencing Jesus abiding and the empowering of the Holy Spirit.  We can confidently walk in the day knowing God’s present hand on us and his awareness of the events of the day.
