I’m slowly finding my way around on here, and I just changed my header to a picture of the sunset in Nicaragua. It was taken on Prayer Mountain. That “mountain”, which was more like a tall hill, held some incredible times. Probably the most amazing thing was going up there one night with a church. Brandon led worship, then one of their guys led some. Some of the songs were ones that both groups sing, so everyone would sing along in their language. It was one of the most powerful times to look up at the stars and sing my heart out to God, while all around me, praises were being sung in Spanish and English.
Well I guess I better start my paper……..if only I could write on Nicaragua, instead of confusing junk.

I’ve become absolutely terrible about journaling, and I’m always near a computer……so maybe this will work out better. Even though this includes sharing my thoughts with others and editing some things, who knows, I might end up liking it.
I have eight more days of school until for the first time in 14 years, I won’t have to go to class at OCS. I can’t even explain how weird that is. I’m so excited, but at the same time, OCS has been like a second home since I always seem to be up there for some kind of practice or event. But—I am so ready to go.
Everyone always said senior year was the best year ever(!), but this has been an extremely challenging year for me. Whether it is with friends or family or school, I really feel like this has been a crazy hard year. Don’t even start me on all the drama that seems to follow me like a shadow. I think I’ve been able to conceal it pretty well, but then again I have a false sense of being awake(according to Mr. Hough) so who’s to say I don’t have a false sense of hiding crap.
Well, I better go finish stuff for Rush! Ah college is so soon!
