Watching the Cowboys

Parker forgot how much she like watching football with Uncle David and Grandpa. Especially the Cowboys.

Super Baby! I can't believe this actually fits her now, you use to just see her little legs sticking out...

Christmas #3

After a long day of flying, which included a surprise visit to the St. Louis airport, Parker and I made it back to NY on Friday. We got home at almost ten, but the late hour didn't stop everyone from opening presents. Parker, as usual, was more interested in the paper.

One of the best presents ever... a Lake Owasco hoodie. My dad was sick of me stealing his. I am pretty sure I'm not going to take it off for the next 4 months.

Hank and I gave my dad this portable toolbox thing that he wanted. Uncle David was the only one who realized it's true potential, when you take the toolbox out you get ... a wagon for Park.

For Hank

Your family has taken excellent care of us this Christmas. I'm sure you had no doubt that they would. Since you couldn't be here I thought you might like to see some of our gifts, and yours...
I didn't take individual pictures of everything, there's just too much, but here it all is (with Parker in the middle).

Image
From Grandpa and Grandma Nesbitt, for you.
Image
From Marlena, Bobby, and Chloe. Happy Hank!
Image
A USMC winter hat for me, from G and G Nesbitt. I plan to wear it around my brother, a lot.
Image
A superman ornament for you from Bayleigh.
Image
One of my favorites, a John Wayne cookbook. It's awesome.
Image
Another Superman ornament, this one from G and G Nesbitt. I got a nurse one just like it. We are obviously going to have a really cool Superman themed tree next year!
Image
Another one of my favorites, Grandma N. knew I didn't have a nurses cap (the schools just don't do them anymore, only pins), so she got me this one. I love it!
Image
Wow, too many present for Parker to handle....
Image
This is the hat we got for Ryan, he really likes it, he just needs a bigger size.
Image
Like I said before, there are tons more that I didn't take pictures of. I didn't even get pictures of all of my favorites, for instance, Parker got the cutest little ID bracelet with her name on it, and a silver cup with her name and date of birth on it (a family tradition). We seriously were spoiled....

Merry Merry Christmas Baby!

I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas, because I know Parker and I did. Ours started early Christmas morning, because of everyones work schedules we got up around 6 to eat breakfast and do presents with Bobby, Marlena, Chloe, and Chance.
Image
I had to wake Parker up, and as you can tell, she was still pretty tired.
Image
and so was Chloe...
Image
Once we got to the present part Parker was more interested in trying to eat the paper than she was the actual presents.

Parker just couldn't keep her eyes open, and fell asleep about half way through present opening...
Image
Afterwards, Kim, David, Ryan, Parker, and I all headed to Humble (by Houston) to see the Nesbitts and the Barrons. Hank called while we were there and got to talk to everyone. Parker and I can't wait until next Christmas when we will all be together!
Grandpa was the first to steal Parker from me, but really the whole day I held her to feed her and that was about it.

Did you know that when you drop 7 Mentos candies into diet coke that it makes it shoot way up into the air? I didn't either, but the Barrons did. It was pretty cool.

Thank you to everyone for completely spoiling us this Christmas, we love you, and Merry Christmas!
