Clerical/Customer Service ⦁ Answered multi-line phones, numerous daily general paperwork tasks including invoicing and then filing said invoices, printing out personal property letters, attaching those to files and after each file was complete, organizing daily.
⦁ Took client calls. Spoke to clients regarding updates on each account, took new information from the client, entered into system and made sure the assigned agent got that information as soon as possible. Also, put assignments on hold or closed them out as needed and sent out those invoices and filed once account was completed.
⦁ Handled transporters as they came to pickup vehicles for the auction.
⦁ Entered assignments into RDN, assigned to appropriate agents and hand logged them into the ledger book.
⦁ Entered in repossession information into system for each vehicle that was picked up, finished out condition reports and sent invoices to the client.
⦁ Edited agent updates for each assignment, sent copy to client, printed out copy and attached to each individual file

⦁ Handled all new orders received by printing out order, pulling stock and running any credit card charges that were needed.
⦁ Packaged merchandise and printed out shipping labels for each order.
⦁ Spoke to customers regarding the products or any questions they may have regarding orders.
⦁ I created templates for all forms used for the company, helped in the creation of the website and some affiliated sites.
