Just in time for the new year, Cafe Rio opened it's first CA location this week! We have been there three times already and are loving it! This is Brenda. She is the lady who I have been working with through this whole experience and is a real gem. Kind, fun and easy going. She has been commuting back and forth from UT living in a hotel to help make this whole thing happen. Next up for her... the Costa Mesa and Tustin locations! Next up for me... trying not to gain a bunch of weight with my favorite joint so close now!
