BYNC is located at 4555 S Ashland Ave. in Chicago, serving a large area of Chicago’s Southwest Side that includes the communities of Brighton Park, McKinley Park, and New City.
By combining social and economic programs into a single community-based intermediary organization, the Council leads a holistic approach to addressing the social problems that have plagued the Back of the Yards neighborhood and surrounding communities.

SSA #7
SSA #7 boundaries has remained the same its inception, encompassing south of 47th Street from Kedzie to Central Park, and from 48th Place to 47th Street.
SSA #10
Encompassing 47th Street from 2200 West to Loomis on the east, and on Ashland Avenue from (4000 S) on the north to 49th Street on the South.
SSA #13
SSA #13 expanded in January 2011, virtually doubling the size of the existing SSA to include industrial businesses on the outskirts of the Union Stockyards.
SSA #39
Servicing Brighton Park and Archer Heights was established in 2007. Joining the now 44 SSAs throughout the City to provide services above what the City would normally provide to its constituents.
