Our little Brodster is 7 weeks old. Today he had on the same outfit that he wore home from the hospital. So I had to get a picture of him in his car seat just to compare how big he is getting!
Here he is gettingready to come home! He did not like being put in his car seat.
And here he is today 7 weeks later...... And this time he is crying because he had a BLOWOUT and is still sitting in his poop so I could get a picture!
Last week Brody got to go visit his daddy at the fire station for the first time. And it might be awhile before we go back. He screamed most of the drive there and for about an hour when we got there! But we got to visit daddy none the less:)
Little Man got to go swimming for the first time today and he loved it. He was a little nervous at first but once he got used to it he was content, but a little cold. So here are pics from our adventure. We went with the Burtch cousins.
So our Little Man is almost a month old now. I can't believe it has already been a month but at the same time I am not used to spending so much time at home! But I love every minute of it! David is back to work and it is full time Mommy hood for me. We have gotten into a routine and are on a great feeding schedule. Brodster is getting better at sleeping some during the day and going 4 hours at night. Brody has met lots of his family and friends and has already had many firsts. We went for a walk, we went to a wedding, out to lunch and I have even left him home with daddy while I went to the store TWICE! He is smiling more and getting so strong! We are enjoying lour new life as a family so here are a few pics to document the past few weeks.
So I finally got his birth story written! Whew that took awhile as most of my free time comes in few minute increments and I am usually sleeping or trying to get stuff done around the house. But I need to post pictures of all of Brody's visitors and just of how stinking cute he is! So we will start with some from the hospital.
If I forgot to mention it in my last post David delivered Brody. He really did everything. The midwife talked him through it but he did it all! I am so proud of him and couldn't have asked for a more special delivery!(Sorry if these pics are a little graphic)
After he got all cleaned up here is the hand off. He is such a proud daddy. He is more than helpful and loves to show his little man off wherever he goes.
Our first family picture!
All of the visitors that came to the hospital and waited all night for Brody to be born.
He had a few more visitors while we were in the hospital but we were only there for just over 24 hours and were so excited to get home. Here are some pics from our 12 days so far at home! Daddy Time and his first bath! His sweet sweet smile!
We are enjoying every minute of raising this little guy. We can't believe he is really ours. We love him so much!
