Woodford Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge is a 171-acre non-profit wildlife refuge, wildlife rehabilitation hospital & nature center on the edge of the New Jersey Pinelands.
Cedar Run includes the Woodford Nature Center, a Wildlife Housing Area with more than 50 native residents, and a Wildlife Rehabilitation Hospital that sees more than 7,000 wild animals each year. The overall mission of Cedar Run is to serve as a community resource on the importance of protecting and enhancing healthy ecosystems for all.

The Sponsor-A-Research Nest Box Program is a symbolic adoption of one of our research nest boxes. We are aiming to launch this in the first quarter of 2024 to aid in Cedar Run’s mission statement of habitat preservation and education.
The Comprehensive Wildlife Conservation Internship is designed to provide hands-on experience and training in three key areas: wildlife rehabilitation, environmental education, and nonprofit development. This position supports Cedar Run’s mission to preserve New Jersey’s native wildlife and habitats while offering a well-rounded educational experience.
You are cordially invited to Woodford Cedar Run’s Wildlife Baby Shower on Saturday, February 7th, from 1-3pm, at the Farmstead at Medford.
Help us by delivering essential items in preparation for the upcoming arrival of THOUSANDS of sick, injured, and/or orphaned wild ones. There will be light refreshments, crafts for kids & special appearances by non-releasable wildlife! In 2025 we saw over 7,700 animals! That is the most we’ve seen to date.
