Surgery

It has been a little over a year since Michael tore his PCL. We were originally told by the "team" orthopedic surgeon that no one repairs PCLs. Well after a football season wearing a brace and afterwards too much instability we decided to get a 2nd opinion. The doctors at Coral Desert Orthopaedics are wonderful. They dumb down all the medical language to make it easy to understand without making you feel completely stupid. Dr. Parry will be repairing Michael's left knee on January 31st. Scary stuff but hopefully it will be all worth it. Keep him in your prays please.

I am SOOOO glad I have only 1

We had a sleep over with Jessica's closest friends last Friday. Yep, 5! I know call me crazy but they were tons of fun and made me REALLY grateful I have only 1 frilly ball of drama. I love them all though and am very excited to see how they mature and develop. I can't believe Jess is already 11. Time seriously flies! She goes to the Young Women's New Beginnings on Sunday and since it is ward only girl's camp this year she is invited to go. I can't believe it.

A SURE way to cure nailbiting!

Jess got braces last week. After years of anticipating how fun it would be to have braces. After a week she says, "They hurt so bad!". Well she looks as adorable as ever and is getting really good at the correct placement of wax.

Enjoying the sunshine

The kids and I were able to escape yesterday and enjoy the beautiful Southern Utah sunshine. What a gorgeous day. We enjoyed climbing the rocks at the Red Cliffs Preserve above the DIXIE rock. There were tons others enjoying it also. We sure wished our dad was there with us! Miss ya Babe!!
