This little lady is my climber...I catch her climbing on everything!  I decided to carry my camera around one morning to catch her in her climbing action.  She is the happiest if she is standing on her little table or on a ladder or her new favorite is to sneak in the bathroom (when the door gets left open) and to climb Callie's little stool and turn on the water to play in it. 

4 little monkeys for Halloween

This year we had 4 little monkeys dressed up for Halloween.  Both Callie and Porter were monkeys last year and they were determined that they were all going to be monkeys again this year-so that was easy for us!  We just had to buy 2 more monkey costumes for the babies and we were set. 
We hit up the Trunk or Treat and got some candy there and called it good.  I hope to not have to go our trick or treating for as long as possible!

Beach weekend

 The weather has been amazing around here lately and we decided to take advantage of it and head to the beach last weekend.  We got up Sat morning and packed up and drove out to Lincoln City.  We had a great stay with the sun up and no clouds (it was still windy and cold) but we enjoyed a rainy/overcast free weekend at the Oregon Coast!  We got a nice little hotel room to stay in over night that had an indoor pool and hot tub that was a hit in the evening and wore us all out before bed time.  The next day we ate breakfast, took morning naps, and then headed to the best park to play for the afternoon.  The drive home included tired girls and a stop at Spirit Mt Casino for "Oregon's largest Buffet" 

We had such a great weekend all together enjoying the beautiful Oregon beach and spending time together with daddy. 

Lucy's 1 year dr apt

My Lucy Jane had her 1 year dr apt and I was happy to hear that we have a healthy and very happy baby girl.

Again Lucy is staying pretty consistent with what her stats have been by staying pretty skinny and petite with a bit of a larger head.

Callie recently got a doctors kit and has enjoyed "checking" us all out- so she very much enjoyed watching Dr Craft "check" Lucy out as well. 

2 Little Happy Birthday Girls!

 Juliette and Lucy were born just 9 days apart and have no choice but to be best friends.  They actually are all ready great friends and get so excited when they see each other.  They love to play with each other and Lucy has been so sweet and gives JuJu big hugs when she sees her.

More Pumpkin Patch fun

We love Autumn time and we love going to the Pumpkin Patch.  We are lucky to have to great Pumpkin Patches close by.  We have "The Wooden Shoe and Bauman Farms" here in town and we have visited both a few times each!  We picked out our pumpkins and set them out in front of the house and Callie and Lucy love to go outside and play with them and say whos is whos

Bauman Farms

We love quick trips to Bauman Farms.  We decided to meet Savannah, Porter, and Juliette at Bauman Farms to check out their Halloween decorations and pumpkin patch, playground, and pet a few animals too.

Lucy was loving the swing and loving having sometime swinging with daddy too.

My little Lucy is such a climber and she was loving this little rock wall.  She would climb up the wall and then go down the big slide all by herself-she is getting so big!

Callie is getting so excited for Halloween this year and she gets so excited everytime she sees a pumpkin too and was loving all the pumpkins around Bauman farms

September is always full of Birthdays!

September is always full of lots of birthdays and the kids love being a part of each persons birthday and they love to help blow out candles, eat cake and ice cream, and open presents. 
First birthday of the month is Brock's on September 3- and we got lucky to have Brock in town visiting around his birthday.  Since Blake's Birthday is on the 6th of September (while Brock was visiting) they got to share a birthday dinner and apple crisp together!
Next birthday in the month is Amy's on the 18th and again Porter and Callie were right there to help with blowing out her candles in her apple strudel breakfast muffins.

My birthday was next on the 20th of the month and Callie and Lucy were right there to help with my candles on my strawberry shortcake and also enjoyed rides on my new pink bike

The last birthday of the month on the 24th is Jared's birthday and we got to celebrate his 30th birthday with a big birthday party the Saturday before and then got to enjoy some cupcakes on his real birthday too. 

Jared got lots of help blowing out his candles on his birthday and got a matching John Deere hat like Porter.

Oaks Park

 We headed out to Oaks Park for the "Chippers Preschool Rides" and had such a fun time watching Porter and Callie ride all of the little kid ride they wanted for 6.50-and we got to ride most of the rides with them too!

Callie defiantly took after her daddy-since he loves going on rides and I dont!  She loved all of the rides and went on alot of them herself and she loved the mini roller coaster and rode that 5 times!  We had such a fun day all together and Shawn got to come too since he has a break from school for his boards.  We already marked our calenders to head back to Oaks Park next year for another day of rides and fun! 

 Juliette and Lucy were both great spectators and enjoyed watching all of the action going on around them

 Callie loved the Carousel and rode it twice and it took her a very long time to choose which animal to ride
