My Brother and Sister-in-law bought these masks in Mexico for the boys while they were on their honeymoon. After seeing the movie Nacho Libre (which is one of my faves) my boys love jumping off the stairs and yelling "Nacho Libre!"...Now they have the full effect.

So we are really rackin in the tomatoes this year, pretty cool! However, trying to figure out what to do with them all is another story. We've already put up a bunch of salsa and now marinara sauce; and there are still a ton more tomatoes to pick. This box of tomatoes is only one of several we've filled.

The boys are always such helpers; they found some fun little "caves" to crawl through and pick the tomatoes Jon and I can't get to.

Here are only some of what we've canned, and no we're not done yet...we plan to do applesauce from apples we picked at my grandpa's house.

We really have our work cut out for us. Yeah, we're crazy!
