Meet the Buildings of Eisa City

Eisa's rebuild is about one third finished, which means it's high time we started introducing the buildings and landmarks in detail. We expect this iteration of the sim to be around for at least five years, so getting acquainted with the place now will save a lot of awkward questions later!
