Targee Ski Trip

 Every year we take the kids to Idaho to see their cousins and go skiing.  We were worried Audrey wasn't old enough to go skiing, but both Ellie & Audrey did great!  We put the girls in ski school while we went on some runs with the boys.  Everyone had a great time and it was such a blast to see our girls enjoy the sport of skiing as well.  I don't have all my pictures of the trip so I will add them once I load them on my computer.  I'm trying to start blogging again and here is my attempt. :)

Zach's baptism

What a wonderful day this was!  Zach was baptized on August 14th, 2010 by his Dad.  We had a lunch for him after the baptism, and he had a late night with friends that evening.  He is some pictures of the events of this memorable day.

This is a good life we live...

Hello Summer!

 School is out...hooray!  So excited to enjoy the kids with no busy schedules!  Claire is old enough to swim so I imagine we will spend lots of time in the pool!  The kids are doing swim team, musical theater, and Ellie will be taking her 1st year of let's play music!  HELLO SUMMER!!!

The kids had fun on this waterside...but we ended up taking it back because the landing was dangerous.

This was taken on the last day of school (water day).  Dallin had a great year, he learned a lot and made  some new friends.  

Zach & 2nd grade teacher Mrs. Ratowski

Zach loved Mrs. Ratowski because she loved athletics, and was a fun and energetic teacher!  Zach ran the Gilbert 5k race with Mrs. Ratowski and some of his class mates.  Zach participated in the walk, jog, run club every T & Th.  He had a great year!

Oh how we love Mrs. Shawd!  Best Kindergarten teacher ever!  Ellie had an amazing year, and learned so much!  She is on to 1st grade!!!

Piano recital & pre-school graduation at Grammie's

This is the 2nd year that my boys have taken piano lessons from Grammie.  She's amazing!  They have really enjoyed spending time with her one on one, and learning from her.  She had a great recital for them towards the end of the school year.  Thanks Grammie for another wonderful year of Piano!  

Grammie also started her own Grammie's pre-school!  For the month of March & April Audrey & her cute cousins Hannah & Lillie came every Tuesday & Thursday morning to Grammie's pre-school.  Audrey loved every minute of it and learned a lot too!  I hope she doesn't compare this to real, normal pre-school because it just doesn't exist!  I wish I would of taken more pictures because Audrey came home with some pretty amazing stuff!  Every day was a different theme and it blew me away with the things she'd come home with.  Well...Grammie had a graduation for them on the same day as the boys recital.  What a proud day this was!

The past couple of months!

I'm back...has it really been since Feb. since I last got on my blog?  I am a total slacker...or could it be that I am a busy mother of 5 kids!  I think a little of both.  Well...here is the past couple of months in a nutshell...no details, no fluff.

Kids Chorale!!!

Each year we enroll our kids in Kids Chorale.  They love it!  This year Zach & Ellie participated.  Zach was in the older group and learned the recorder, and Ellie enjoyed singing and acting!  Their performance was darling!  Great job Ellie & Zach!

Audrey turned 3!!!

  Then we had everyone over for dinner and ice cream cake.
