I have loved making the stuffing for the bird and seeing the beauty of it when it comes out of the oven and the wonderful smells of the different foods. Now, it is scaled down and not as satisfying as it used to be, but still nice to have family near. During the Pandamic it was just photos of everyone sitting at our table.

I love the traditional way of cooking turkey, but in Taiwan, only hotel restaurants offer such service with higher prices than normal roast chicken houses. People here drink pumpkin soup sometimes at the Western style restaurant. Hope the pandemic will be over as soon as possible.
