Zoo Day!

We took Griffin to the zoo earlier this month. As he normally does in new places or with new/many people, he didn't talk, cry, whine or make any facial expressions. My little man likes to stare everyone and everything down before letting his guard down. I hope this trait serves him well in the future.

An Entire Month!

Wow. Can't believe I haven't had time to post in just over a month have time to post tonight! So much has happened in the last month and I have so many pictures to share, but I don't want to write a book, so.....

Quick & Dirty Run Down

1. Griffin almost standing on his own without holding on. Cruising fabulously
2. Words Griffin says: Dada, Mama, baba/bob (bottle), boo/boon (spoon), duck, teddy, ah-dah (all done), no. Also mimics pretty much anything you say if he feels like it.
3. Awesome babysitter, Shiri, has to go back to working in a center. Griffin will join her at that center after his 1st birthday.
4. Holy crap, he's going to be 1 soon.
5. Some kids know what a duck says, some know a cow's words, my son answers "What does a dolphin say?" correctly. Awesome.
6. A tree attacked my sister's car during Hurricane Irene. She subsequently named her car "Irene."

There is a 2000 VW Jetta under there. Really.

But without her I'm a grump.
