2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or contracting any services from the Provider, you agree to comply fully with these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all individuals and legal entities using the services of GOROBÎC OLGA P.F.A., regardless of the communication channel (email, website, phone, social media).

3. Description of Services

The Provider offers the following professional services:

  • Custom website development (HTML/CSS, PHP, JavaScript, etc.) 
  • Web and UX/UI design 
  • WordPress site creation and maintenance 
  • Performance and security optimization 
  • Integration of hosting, domain, and email solutions 
  • Technical support and related consulting services 

4. Collaboration Conditions

4.1 Service Requests

Requests are made via contact form, email, or phone. The Provider reserves the right to accept or reject any request.

4.2 Contract / Quotation

Each collaboration is based on a contract or written agreement via email, clearly confirming the scope of services.

4.3 Delivery Deadlines

Delivery times are established mutually and may vary depending on project complexity and the Client’s responsiveness.

5. Pricing and Invoicing

  • Prices are expressed in Euros (excluding VAT) and invoiced in Romanian Lei (RON), using the National Bank of Romania exchange rate on the invoice date. 
  • Payment is made via bank transfer, based on the issued invoice. 
  • Standard payment terms are 5 to 15 calendar days. 
  • Late payments are subject to penalties of 0.1% per day. 
  • If payment is delayed by more than 20 days, services may be suspended or the agreement terminated. 

6. Copyright and Licensing

All materials created by the Provider (source code, designs, documentation) are protected by copyright law and are transferred to the Client only after full payment.

Licenses for third-party plugins, fonts, or assets are subject to their respective legal terms and remain the property of their creators.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Projects cannot be canceled after written confirmation without payment for time already worked. 
  • Prepaid sums are non-refundable, unless the Provider is unable to deliver due to causes exclusively attributable to them. 
  • Refunds are not applicable for partially completed services unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

8. Liability

The Provider will deliver professional services as agreed but cannot be held responsible for:

  • Damage caused by misuse or misconfiguration by the Client 
  • Issues related to third-party hosting or infrastructure providers 
  • Website issues caused by unauthorized modifications 
  • Content or materials supplied by the Client (e.g., images, texts) 

9. Data Protection (GDPR)

The Provider complies with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). Personal data is processed solely for service delivery and legal compliance purposes.

Clients have the right to access, rectify, port, or delete their data, as stipulated by applicable law.

10. Force Majeure

The Provider shall not be held liable for any delays or service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, cyberattacks, or widespread infrastructure failures.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If no agreement can be reached, jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
 These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law.
