Hello!
I’m a Canadian-British illustrator, designer, and author with a background in graphic design and print production. While my work spans branding, editorial, and children’s books, I’m best known for Geri Draws Japan—a personal project that celebrates the rich history of Japan through illustration. I am constantly seeking new ways to combine digital illustration with printing techniques, and draw inspiration from mokuhanga woodblock printing. Recently, my creative journey has led me into the world of Grand Sumo wrestling, where I design fabrics and kimono motifs for top-division wrestlers, blending my love of illustration with Japan’s ancient traditions.

ジェリー·コーディはカナダ生まれ、イギリスのノッティンガム在住のイラストレーター、デザイナー、作家。デザインと印刷制作のバックグラウンドを持ち、ブランディングやエディトリアル、児童書のイラストなど幅広い分野で活動している。日本文化をテーマにした個人的なプロジェクト「Geri Draws Japan」で、イラストで日本文化に対する情熱を表現し、世界中の日本好きな人とつながることを目指している。近年では創作活動の一環として相撲の世界にも関わるようになり、幕内力士のために反物や着物のモチーフを手がけている。
